The team at Anaheim Air did a great job! My furnace went out and they came out the next day for a quote. They identified additional issues with the ducting and were transparent in the quoting process. For the work they were able to start right away and finished the project on time. Great experience.

I absolutely recommend Anaheim Air to everyone! Matt is so awesome, he fit us in literally last minute (even past business hours) and was able to fix our issue. Very nice and professional, we will be using AA for any HVAC issue we have in the future and recommending them to all our friends.
We got a referral from a friend and called Matt when our AC went out right as the temperatures were approaching the mid 80s and higher. Thank God Matt came out late that afternoon and after a few hours involving diagnosis and repair, he was able to get us set up temporarily until the next day to replace a bad circuitboard and blower. He fixed previous patchwork repairs so now we can rely on our system day and night.
Our AC was starting to go out and apparently the unit is the original one for our house which makes it about 30 years old. We called around and got 5 estimates. When Matt showed up to the house to do a diagnostic on what he thought the problem was he was very upfront and honest about it. He offered to make a repair if that was the route we wanted to go. But given the fact that the unit is 30 years old we felt it best to have it replaced. Once we selected the unit we wanted Matt was ready to install 2 days later. Let me say that we don’t live in Anahiem or anywhere in the OC. We are in San Bernardino county, with that being said Matt made plans to have the bulk of the work completed in one day. Once the work was stated Matt noticed some mold building up on the wooden platform which the unit sits on. He immediately stopped the job and contacted me. Without any hesitation he offered to tear the platform down (which also meant removing the water heater) and rebuild it. It did cost us a little bit extra but it was definitely something that needed to be done. And we are thankful that he stopped the work and inform us of the situation. I feel like most people would’ve either left it alone not wanting to add the extra work or charged us a crazy amount to make the repair. Matt and his partner ended up spending 2 days at our house… 2 long days roughly 12 hours to make sure the job was completed right and efficiently to get our AC going. I can honestly tell you that out of the 5 estimates we got, Anahiem Air was hands down the most thorough when diagnosing and Matt was the most genuine at what all of our options were. I will recommend Anahiem Air to everyone I know. Thanks again guys for the outstanding work and customer service!!!
